Five Percent Discount: A five percent discount is automatically applied to all "In-House" orders of $100 or more. "In-House" orders are those that are processed through our online shopping cart system. This discount may not be valid on items ordered through our affiliated sites. Affiliated sites are those for which we have direct links to items that are processed and paid for at a linked site.
Free Shipping: Free basic shipping, to the lower 48 US states, is applied to all "In House" orders of $200 or more, processed through our online shopping cart system. Orders placed through our affiliated sites are subject to their policies. Free shipping excludes oversized items, international shipments and shipments to FPO/APO addresses. To receive free shipping, the total order must be $200 after any discounts are applied. Free shipping is valid with purchase only. Outbound shipping will be deducted from any refund for items that shipped free, but are returned.
Shipping charges: Shipping charges are in US dollars. They are automatically calculated for you by the shopping carts. Just select a shipping method, enter your zip code, then click "Recalculate Shipping." Shipping charges will be displayed without the need to purchase anything. These charges are determined by weight and include a small handling fee of $1.10.
Delivery Time: Our central location assures a very reasonable turn-around with an average lead time of 1 to 3 business days, prior to shipment. Please understand that we do stock most items, but can not control the rate at which an item may go in and out of stock. We also offer products may take longer to be shipped from our facility, because they come to us from suppliers located elsewhere. To keep prices down, it is preferred that all products ship together, in one package. As a result, an occasional item may affect lead time. In the rare event that a supplier notifies us that a product has not been released, is delayed, or discontinued, you will be informed by E-mail. An explanation will also be provided on the invoice with your package. If an item is to be delayed an unusual amount of time, it may be shipped separately, at no additional cost to you. If an item is cancelled, a refund or credit will be applied.
Shipping Options:
Media Mail: The least inexpensive option that can be used for books, sheet music, CDs, DVDs, software, manuscripts, charts, film, videotapes, sound recordings, audio tapes. The delivery time is usually 5 - 7 days from the time the order leaves our facility.
First Class Mail: A much faster option that can be used for orders that weigh 13 ounces or less. The delivery time is usually 3 - 5 days from the time the order leaves our facility.
Priority Mail: The fastest option we offer. The maximum weight is 70 pounds. The delivery time is usually 2 - 3 days from the time the order leaves our facility. We ship our guitars for free using this option.
Parcel Post: For packages that don't qualify for media mail, but might be to heavy or costly for the other options. The delivery time is usually 5 - 7 days from the time the order leaves our facility.
International Shipping Options: (Sheetmusic & Accesories) Available for countries with Paypal.
Air Letter: For sheetmusic and accessories weighing under four pounds. The delivery time is usually 4 - 7 days from the time the order leaves our facility.
Air Parcel: For goods weighing over four pounds. The delivery time is usually 5 - 7 days from the time the order leaves our facility. The delivery time is usually 6 - 10 days from the time the order leaves our facility.
No Sales Tax: Solo Guitarist Network only collects sales tax on orders shipped to Kansas.
